Pizza Pizza!

IT WAS LONG TIME AGO in a city on the West Coast of the US where I first tried to make my own dough and my pizza. Last week I picked up some store bought dough, fixed up a quick red sauce, and dusted off the old pizza stone to try and make my own pizza.

Results? Good first effort, but the dough did not roll out as thin as I wanted. I need to let the dough sit longer after coming out of the fridge. I also need to let it cool down more after cooking as I burnt the roof of my mouth rushing to taste the pizza (even after letting it sit a bit). The leftovers held up after a night in the fridge as well.

Once I figure out the cooking part I think I might try to make my own dough.
