I made some good buys on eBay over the weekend. Most of them are part of my Neil Young addiction:
Neil Young and Crazy Horse Sleeps with Angels (superdeal as I got this one for 1 cent, which can only mean it is a dodgy release)
Neil Young Mirror Ball
Neil Young and Crazy Horse Year of […]

I ran about 2.5 miles yesterday and 1 mile today. As I was sick last weekend recovering from a fever, I didn’t run. This means I ran twice this weekend to make up for slacking last weekend. End result. I am very sleepy now.

The chapter on Cetology was a bit trying. Interesting in its delineation of the different types of whales, but nonetheless not a rousing or action filled chapter.
I have not moved forward past Ahab’s speech to the crew about reward for spotting the hated white whale to the rather theatrical set of chapters where […]

Not sure if this is a sign that I am really, really pissed off about something, I am just getting older, or perhaps both, but I have become a bit obsessed with Neil Young and Crazy Horse live recordings. I own Harvest and Greendale, but those are different beasts.

(And yes Terry, it’s wow […]

I decided I should add a rating system to my posts. However, I didn’t want it to be the normal stars type of rating system. The system is usually based on a 1-5 rating, but whatever I think is appropriate and somehow reflects.
For example, I, Robot got 2 crab legs, because like crab […]

I found I, Robot very disappointing, even knowing that it was going to be not so good going in. A known bad factor can some times be coupled with low expectations to make the movie more enjoyable.
I have not read the books, but it seemed like it squandered good material in exchange for dross. […]
